RFD at EAGE Annual 2025

Multi-Zone Exhibition AV

Multi-zone exhibition stand AV — multiple display screens, zoned product demonstration areas, Presentation area

summary

The /RFD stand at EAGE Annual 2025 is a strong example of Production Concepts delivering multi-zone exhibition AV with precision and reliability — coordinating multiple displays across a complex, branded stand environment while managing a second simultaneous installation for the same agency at the same international event. It is the kind of brief that requires experience, organisation and a team that works seamlessly alongside the wider build crew. That is exactly what Leo Associates got.

THE BRIEF

Leo Associates appointed Production Concepts to deliver the AV infrastructure for a second stand at EAGE Annual 2025 in Toulouse, this time for a geoscience software client operating under two brands. Running alongside our LED wall build for Leo Associates' other client at the same show, this stand required a completely different approach. Rather than a single high-impact centrepiece display, the brief called for a coordinated network of screens distributed across multiple product demonstration zones, each serving a distinct technical audience.

The stand was designed around a rich, industrial aesthetic: dark surfaces, exposed brick textures, herringbone timber flooring, and signature green accent lighting — with RFD as the primary brand. Production Concepts' role was to bring the AV layer to life within that design: multiple screens across clearly defined zones, a central large-format presentation display. With two separate builds running simultaneously for Leo Associates at the same international event, coordination and reliability were paramount. The agency needed both stands delivered to the same high standard — on time, without incident, and with full technical support across all four show days.

THE Build

Production Concepts planned the AV installation in close coordination with Leo Associates' build team, mapping display positions and cable routes from the stand drawings before arriving on site. The multi-zone structure of the stand — with distinct areas dedicated to Reservoir Engineering, AI and Automation, Geology and Geophysics, and Digital Asset Management — meant that each zone required its own correctly specified and independently managed display, while maintaining a coherent visual experience across the stand as a whole.

The centrepiece of the stand was a large-format widescreen display installed on the central feature wall, positioned directly beneath the tNavigator fascia and flanked by the stand's distinctive exposed brick surround. This screen carried displayed various presentations from live speakers to delegates attending the show.

Across the product demonstration zones, we installed a series of commercial displays — sized and positioned to serve each zone's specific function. Zone screens were configured to run product-specific content relevant to the technical demonstrations taking place in each area, with clean cable management throughout to preserve the stand's premium aesthetic. Additional smaller screens were integrated into dedicated product plinths and demonstration points within each zone.

Our technician was on-site across all four days of EAGE 2025, managing content, providing technical support to the Leo Associates team and ensuring all AV elements performed without interruption.

THE OUTCOME

Product zone displays active during the show — Reservoir Engineering and AI & Automation zones visible, with tNavigator content running across all screens

Central presentation screen and lounge seating zone — the social heart of the stand, used for delegate engagement throughout the four-day event
