Production Concepts were appointed by Leo Associates, the specialist exhibition design and build agency behind Torq’s stand at Infosecurity Europe, to provide the technical expertise and deliver the complete LED installation for the project.Held at ExCeL London from 3–5 June 2025, Infosecurity Europe is one of the leading cybersecurity events in Europe. The 2025 edition marked the show’s 30th anniversary, bringing together cybersecurity decision-makers, practitioners and innovators from across the industry under the banner of “Build a Safer Cyber World.”
For Torq, a technology brand specialising in Security Orchestration, Automation and Response (SOAR), the challenge was to create a presence that would stand apart on a crowded exhibition floor. Leo Associates developed a bold and unconventional stand concept designed to do exactly that.
The creative featured irreverent, graffiti-inspired artwork, a distinctive flame-eyed skeleton mascot, provocative messaging including “Kill Your SOAR”, and a striking purple and black colour palette. The result was a visual identity deliberately designed to disrupt the more traditional corporate aesthetic often associated with the cybersecurity sector and reinforce Torq’s position as a brand prepared to do things differently.
With the creative concept and stand design established by Leo Associates, Production Concepts were brought in as the specialist LED partner responsible for translating that vision into a high-impact digital installation. The brief called for a large-format LED display that could integrate seamlessly into the overall stand design while reproducing Torq’s vibrant creative content with exceptional clarity, contrast and colour accuracy. With such bold artwork at the heart of the concept, the LED needed to do more than simply display content — it had to become an integral part of the visual experience.
Production Concepts worked closely with Leo Associates to ensure the LED solution complemented both the physical architecture of the stand and the wider creative treatment. From technical specification and system configuration through to installation and commissioning on site, every element was planned around delivering a reliable, visually consistent display throughout the three-day event.
The completed installation brought together Leo Associates’ creative and exhibition expertise with Production Concepts’ specialist LED knowledge, helping transform Torq’s distinctive brand identity into a highly visible physical presence on the Infosecurity Europe show floor.
The result was a stand built to attract attention from the moment visitors entered the hall — combining bold creative thinking with the technical performance required for one of Europe’s most prominent cybersecurity events.

Production Concepts' crew installed a large-format LED display wall on the stand, visible from a distance across the busy ExCeL exhibition floor. Getting the colour accuracy right was critical: the bold, high-saturation artwork commissioned by the agency relied on vivid purples, hot pinks, electric blues and fiery oranges rendering true to the original design, with no colour shift or banding across the large display surfaces.
The LED wall was built into the stand's box-like modular structure, with our team working closely with the agency's build crew to integrate display panels seamlessly into the black-painted stand walls.
The stand also featured smaller "torq" branded Demo pods — illuminated frame units each housing a dedicated display screen running supporting brand content — positioned at key points around the stand to reinforce the Torq identity at eye level for visiting delegates.
Our technician carried out full content testing across every screen ahead of the show opening, working through the agency's full asset library — including the flame-eyed skeleton mascot artwork, the monster truck graphic and the "Kill Your SOAR" campaign messaging — to confirm every piece of content displayed exactly as intended before the first delegate arrived.

The finished stand in full operation — torq branded media pods either side of a central walkway, with the bold graphic LED wall and skeleton mascot artwork visible beyond.

The Torq stand at Infosecurity Europe stood out immediately on the ExCeL exhibition floor — exactly as intended. The bold colour palette, striking graphic content and consistent neon lighting effect gave the stand a distinctive visual identity that was unmistakably different from the more conventional cybersecurity stands surrounding it. Every LED wall performed flawlessly across all three days of the show, with content displaying with full colour accuracy
For the agency, delivering a stand with this level of creative ambition required a technical partner capable of matching that ambition with precise execution — getting bold, high-contrast artwork to render accurately at scale, and making sure a striking lighting effect repeated across multiple screens looked completely consistent.
This project demonstrated Production Concepts' versatility — from the clinical precision required for pharmaceutical congress stands to the bold, characterful execution needed for a brand like Torq that wanted to be impossible to ignore on a competitive exhibition floor.
